Abstract Submission Guideline

  • All abstracts must be submitted via the Congress website ONLY.
  • When you submit your abstract online, your abstract will be automatically edited according to the Hypertension Seoul 2025 submission formats.
  • It is the authors' responsibility to review their submissions and correct any errors. Submitters are responsible for all typing errors in the abstract.
  • The presenting author cannot be changed after the acceptance notice is sent.
  • Abstracts should be typed in English.
  • Keywords are used when submitting an abstract.
  • An optional Figure and Table to support the abstract may be included in your submission. It must be captured in a single jpg file. (1 Table, 1 Figure)
  • Submission of abstracts of previously published work is not allowed. If the data presented is additional to a published study, the data may be submitted.
  • Submission of abstracts for meta-analyses and reviews on specific topics that are generated using AI tools is not permitted.
  • Use of Automated Assistive Writing Technologies and Tools
The use of automated assistive writing technologies and tools (commonly referred to as artificial intelligence or machine learning tools) is permitted, provided that their use is documented, and authors assume responsibility for the content. As with human-generated content, authors are responsible for the accuracy, validity, and originality of computer-generated content. Automated assistive writing technologies do not qualify for authorship as they are unable to provide approval or consent for submission.
If the use of these technologies has involved the research design, the tools should be documented in the Methods. For additional information, see the World Association of Medical Editors recommendations.
For your abstract submission, you will need to indicate the use of these tools.
  • The acceptance of abstracts will be notified by e-mail to the presenting author no later than the end of October.
  • The Presenting author whose abstract has been accepted, needs to register with full payment for the congress.
  • If online submission is not available, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Secretariat info@khypertentsion.kr.
